The School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) was established in 1998 under the aegis of 108 year old Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha (MKSSS), Pune, India in collaboration with National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), (Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India). The School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) initiated the 3-year bachelor’s degree curriculum with S.N.D.T. Women’s University, an internationally recognized university with five-star N.A.A.C accreditation that certifies the degree as equivalent to those offered by international degree-granting institutions. The SOFT – SNDT degree -”B. Sc – Fashion Design.
