Extended Business Office Solution (EBOS)

Position: Associate Analyst / Analyst

Hiring Location: Hyderabad


About EBOS:

US Health Care (USHC) is more than a $2 trillion industry. Around 84% of the people in US are insured and hence do not directly pay for healthcare services. Medical insurance claims for services are billed out to the insurance company and paid them by them.


Extended Business Office Solutions (EBOS) is a part of Deloitte US LLP, a leading consulting firm world-wide. EBOS offers solutions for US Health Care providers (hospitals, laboratories, physician groups and medical equipment suppliers). EBOS plays a key role in generating revenue for clients by following up on the client’s Accounts Receivables (claims not paid by insurance companies).


Job Responsiblities:

- Liaison with US healthcare facilities, like hospital and private, state and federal governed insurance companies

- Researching claims

- Analyzing information

- Determining actions to be taken next

- Calling insurance providers to get more information

- Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts

- Advising clients on next steps

- Resolving claims

- Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients re-engineer processe


Required Skills:

- Experience: 0 – 2 Years

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good Analytical & decent Math Skills.

Should be willing to work in Night Shifts.


Desired Profile

- Graduate in any discipline, but preference will be given for those who have majored in Commerce, Economics, Math’s, Physics, Chemistry or Statistics.


- Consistent academic record with a minimum percentage of 50% or more for those who graduated in any discipline with mathematics/accounts as part of their curriculum and 55% for others.


B.Tech / B.E / MS / ME & MCA Freshers need not apply.
