Job Description
• Monitor budget variations and take corrective action.
• Define practices and processes
• Collate and report information on market performances, knowledge and share of market, broker, CA, Architects, contractors
• Strategy on Segments: Self Employed professional and Non Professional, Employed, Rent Discounting Market, Non Residential Premises, Home Equity Loans
• Audit and monitor team size
• Ensures cross sales
• Point of escalation for sales support manager/Tm
• Achieving targets of the teams assigned to him and of the members
• Responsible for ensuring NPE targets are met
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an MBA (Marketing/finance) or PG in marketing/finance with an inclination towards sales
Prior experience of working in home loan department would be an added advantage
Candidate from real-estate/ construction/ infrastructure/ banking industry would be preferred
